No utilities are included in the base rent; however, we charge a $30 monthly valet trash fee and a $75 monthly internet fee. Water is billed separately based on individual usage, and electricity is set up directly with the local provider.

Deposits are $500 or could be equal to or double the rent. The application fee is $50 per applicant (18+), and the administrative fee is $200. We also offer alternative options, such as the OneApp Guarantee, to provide additional flexibility and support during the leasing process.
